Daily Prayers
Nur ul Islam is open for all of the five daily prayers. During the daytime the main prayer hall can be used for reading the Quran and quiet contemplation.

Friday Prayer
The Khutbah starts at 1pm followed by the jamaat at 1.30pm and is typically delivered in Arabic, English and Urdu. Nur ul Islam often invites special guests to lead the sermon and prayer.

Marriage Solemnisation
Family life is the building block of a successful society, and marriage is an occasion of great joy in the Muslim community. Nur ul Islam facilitates the solemnisation of an Islamic contract of marriage. The newly-married couple is provided with an official 'Nikah' certificate.

Religious Advice / Counselling
Muslims usually turn to the mosque for help and advice in all matters of their day-to-day life. Nur ul Islam has a trained Imaam to advise and counsel on the many concerns of the community such as bereavement, cultural challenges, generational issues and matrimonial problems.

Sunday Lectures
Every Sunday there is a 30 minute lecture after Zhur prayer on various issues of Islam. Facilities are available for women upstairs.

For Girls aged 7+ years. Every Saturday. Session 1: 10:00am to 11:00am. Session 2: 11:30am to 12:30pm. 10-15 places available for each session.
